1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Best Looking Prints ("Company," "we," "us"), you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all fine art printing services, products, and related services provided by the Company.
2. Services Offered
2.1 Printing Services
We provide high-quality professional fine art printing services, including but not limited to:

Printing on archival papers and canvases

Color correction and file optimization
-
Proofing services
2.2 Custom Orders
All printing services are considered custom orders tailored to your specific requirements. Each order is produced individually upon receipt of approved artwork and payment.
3. Order Process and Acceptance
3.1 Order Submission
Orders are to be submitted online. All orders are subject to our acceptance and production capacity.
3.2 File Requirements

High-resolution digital files preferred (minimum 300 DPI at final print size)

Accepted formats: TIFF, PSD, JPEG, PNG, PDF

Color profiles: Adobe RGB 1998 recommended

The customer is responsible for file quality and resolution adequacy but Best Looking Prints will not continue with the order if they believe the file they received will not print an adequate end product.
3.3 Proofing

Hard proofs available for critical color matching.

If the customer denies hard proofs, there will be no reprinting

Customer approval is required before final production
-
Changes after approval may incur additional charges
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice

Custom quotes provided for non-standard sizes or special requests

Rush orders subject to additional fees
4.2 Payment Terms

Payment required in full before production begins

Accepted payment methods: credit cards

Orders will not be released until payment is received in full
5. Production and Delivery
5.1 Production Timeline

Standard turnaround: 5-7 business days

Rush service available for additional fee

Large format or specialty items may require extended production time

Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates
5.2 Delivery and Shipping

Customer responsible for all shipping costs and insurance

Risk of loss transfers to customer upon shipment or pickup

Delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers
6. Quality and Satisfaction
6.1 Quality Standards

All products undergo quality inspection before shipment

We maintain high standards for color accuracy and print quality

Color matching subject to limitations of printing technology and materials
6.2 Color Accuracy

Colors may vary between monitors and final prints
-
Customer responsible for monitor calibration

We use industry-standard color management practices
-
Significant color variations from our calibrated proofs are subject to reprint
7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
7.1 No Refunds Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed orders.
7.2 Replacements
We will replace products only in the following circumstances:

Manufacturing defects or printing errors

Damage during shipping (with proper documentation)

Significant color deviations from approved proofs
7.3 Replacement Process

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Written notification with photographic evidence required

Defective products must be returned for inspection

Replacement determination made solely by the Company
8. Intellectual Property and Copyright
8.1 Customer Warranties
Customer warrants that they:

Own all rights to submitted artwork or have proper licensing

Have authority to reproduce and print submitted materials

Will not submit copyrighted material without proper authorization
8.2 Copyright Compliance

We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear to violate copyright

Customer indemnifies Company against copyright infringement claims

We do not reproduce currency, government documents, or clearly copyrighted material
8.3 Retention of Files

Digital files may be retained for reorder purposes for up to 2 years
-
Files will not be shared with third parties without written consent

Customer may request file deletion at any time
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Liability Limits
Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer for the specific order in question.
9.2 Consequential Damages
We are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Lost profits or business interruption

Costs of substitute products or services
-
Damages due to delay in delivery or production
10. Force Majeure
Company is not responsible for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, equipment failure, supplier delays, or government actions.
11. Modification of Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications. Material changes will be communicated to customers with active orders.
