Refund Policy

Key Policy Overview

Best Looking Prints maintains a replacement-only policy for custom print orders due to their personalized nature. No refunds are offered on received products, but defective or damaged items will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

Eligible Issues for Replacement
  • Physical damage during shipping or production

  • Printing defects as determined by Best Looking Prints

  • Color accuracy issues when printed colors differ from Best Looking Prints’ internal calibrated monitors

Critical Time Requirements
  • In-store purchases: Must inspect before leaving - no returns once departed

  • Shipped orders: 24-hour inspection window from delivery to report issues

Customer Action Required for Claims
  1. Document all defects with photographs

  2. Email photos to: contact@bestlookingprints.com

  3. Call within 24 hours: (231) 843-0777

  4. Include photos of damaged packaging/containers

Company Response to Valid Claims
  • Provide prepaid return shipping label

  • Immediately reprocess order with complimentary Rush service

  • Cover all shipping costs for replacement

Important Exclusions
  • Monitor calibration issues are customer responsibility

  • Rendered services (artwork reproduction, scanning) are non-refundable

  • Color variations due to uncalibrated customer monitors are not covered

  • Handling damage after customer receipt is not covered

Special Instructions
  • Customers may enter special instructions in the order system

  • Company will make best effort to fulfill specifications

  • Customer responsible for all additional fees related to special requests
