What products and services do you offer?
We offer four product options: Ready-To-Hang Gallery Wrap Canvas, Unstretched Gallery Wrap Canvas, Loose Canvas, and Traditional Print, along with two additional services, Image Optimization and Advanced Image Service. For more information, please visit our Products and Services page.
What file formats do you accept?
DO NOT scale your own images to the size you want printed – we will do that using our software programs. The best format to send us is the largest file size that you have, preferably an 8-bit TIFF, at the ideal resolution of 300 dpi with a color profile of Adobe 1998.
What color profile should my file be in?
Adobe 1998 is our preferred color profile.
Do you offer proofs?
Physical proofs are included free.
If you purchased our Image Optimization Service or Advanced Image Service, you may choose whether you would like to receive a physical proof or an electronic only. If you deny physical proof, there will be no reprinting. You will be required to approve of physical or digital proof before final production begins. Changes after approval may incur additional charges.
If you would like a physical proof, please submit your request at the time you place your order for color matching. You will be required to approve of physical or digital proof before final production begins. Changes after approval may incur additional charges.
What sizes can I order?
We offer a wide variety of print sizes. Please refer to our "Print Sizes: What size do I order? " page.
Will you check if the image quality is suitable for the product and size I ordered?
Yes, we will check if the image is of good quality for the size you are ordering. If we believe you may not be satisfied with the print quality based on your file, we will contact you before production.
Can you crop or resize the image for me?
Yes, of course! We can crop the image for you and send you a preview before proceeding with processing the order.
Regarding resizing, we kindly request that you refrain from scaling your own images to the desired print size – we will handle this using our software programs.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping for Ready-To-Hang Gallery Wrap Canvas:
40" in length or smaller runs from $30 - $85
Over 40" in length will be shipped via freight and will incur additional freight fees.
Shipping on Unstretched Gallery Wrap Canvas, Loose Canvases, and Traditional Prints ranges from $15 to $25.

Can I pick up my canvas instead of having it shipped to me?

You must contact us to confirm a pickup time.
How are paper prints shipped?
We offer two options for packaging our paper prints. Any size from 15" in length and below will be shipped flat, while any print larger than that will be mailed inside kraft mailing tubes.
We do accommodate flat shipping for larger prints upon request. Please note that it comes with additional charges.
If you prefer to have your paper prints shipped flat, please indicate this request in the Special Instructions section when placing your order. Our team will contact you via email with the details of the final shipping charge.
Are there any restrictions on the types of photos that can be printed?
We are capable of printing any digital image. There are no restrictions on what can be printed, although we do reserve the right to refuse orders if the contents are deemed offensive.
Additionally, if the images are copyrighted, you must have permission from the copyright owner for reproduction.
Do you offer custom-sized products?
If you are looking for a product in a size not listed on our website, please use our quote option to provide us with the size and product type you are interested in. We will respond to you shortly after receiving your request.
