  • Processing time: Products ship within 1 business day once printed and packaged

Pricing Structure

  • Billing approach: The Company absorbs costs, when possible, to keep shipping economical

  • Estimate system: Online orders collect a deposit; final shipping cost is billed after packaging

  • Price adjustments: The Company will contact customers if actual costs differ significantly from estimates

  • Additional fees: Handling fee assessed based on shipping costs (billed with final shipping charges)

Shipping Methods by Product Size

  • Small items: USPS or UPS, depending on shipping cost.

  • Large items: USPS or UPS, depending on shipping cost.

  • Oversized items: LTL freight with crate fees (stretched canvases over 40" length)

Special Handling for Oversized Orders

  • Items over 40" require separate freight and crating fees

  • Staff contact required for freight arrangements

  • Fees billed separately from the main order

Tracking & Damage Protection

  • Full tracking available through USPS, UPS, and freight carriers

  • Damage claims: The Company files claims with shippers and begins the replacement process immediately

Payment Process

  • Initial deposit collected online

  • Final shipping balance charged to the provided credit card before shipment

  • Handling fees billed with final shipping charges
